I had a new unit replacement done from "another company that shall not be named". Unfortunately, the install was done poorly. After researching AC repair companies, I gave Stability Mechanical a call to come diagnose any issues with the install and to correct them. They got my air up and running within 24 hours so I could stay cool. Then they came back on a follow-up visit at my convenience to correct the ductwork issues caused by the other company. From the minute I contacted them, Stability Mechanical has been great. From the technicians to the manager to the office staff -- all have been professional, personable, and kind. Even when they were running a few minutes behind for the second appointment due to inclement weather, they called to keep me informed which I appreciated. I offered to reschedule if that was easier for them, but they promised to take care of me that day and they kept their word.I have taken out a maintenance contract with Stability Mechanical and will be using them from now on for all my AC/Heating needs. My only regret in this whole process is that I didn't use them to perform the initial unit replacement to begin with! Don't make my mistake -- just start out with Stability Mechanical from the get-go and you'll be happy you did.

Had them come out and do a spring inspection on my system. They were quick, direct and progressional. Inspected everything to a T. Found a coil leak that would have given us problems this summer and patched the leak then and there. They are my go to.

Furnace not working, called, Craig called back promptly, arrived shortly thereafter. Diagnosed & fixed problem, price very reasonable. Will use Stability Mechanical again and plan to recommend them to anyone who will listen!

A representative (Chris) arrived early the next morning, and with a smile no less! He was very knowledgeable about various products, professional (masked and wearing shoe covers), patient and caring about our situation. He assured me that Stability Mechanical would exhaust every option to assist us, and that's just what they did! Not only did he and "Kam" (in office rep) work hard together to get us financed, but the actual owner briefly joined them on the phone and encouraged them to work with our budget to at least get the "heat" working. It was then, that I knew we had the best of Birmingham! But, that was not all. They were able to get us financed for and entire new HVAC Unit within our budget!Daniel and Drew were both very pleasant and very knowledgeable, as they answered every question I had. Together they installed a new HVAC unit in our home on Friday. Based on my experience with Stability Mechanical, the above ratings are accurate! Called after 7pm on a Friday night and they had Daniel, an excellent service technician, out within an hour. He was friendly, professional and troubleshot the problem quickly. The service was so good, I asked Daniel where I could leave feedback on my experience. 5 stars for sure.

My husband and I have used Stability on multiple occasions. Every time they come out to our house it's nothing but a wonderful experience. Tylor and Craig installed a new hot water heater tonight and they were so awesome.I am the type of person that has to watch and ask questions. I have a son with a disability and can't tolerate heat. My unit went out yesterday and I contacted these guys. Well this morning they sent Daniel to my home bright and early. He had the problem fixed and everything back to normal in no time at all. He was very informative and let me know exactly what was going on with the unit. I will definitely use them again but praying I don't have to. I'm referring them to all my family and friends for service that is outstanding and well done! ❤️❤️❤️

Stability Mechanical was professional and timely. I originally called them out to inspect my unit, I appreciate the time they took to explain the problem and even show me what was going on with the unit. After making the decision to replace it, my replacement was installed the next day. Rob, Charles, and Jerry provide excellent service. In fact, they left the room exactly the way they found it. I’ve had companies leave their trash, so I appreciate the cleanliness of this team.

I meant to do this days ago and got tied up. A family member had her AC go out and sat for days with no air in this Alabama Heat. When I found out, I got in touch with this wonderful company. He was able to get out there the next morning, identify the problem, replace the capacitor, and have the unit working again in no time. They were so very kind to her and realized her hardship. I’m forever grateful to them and will use them for all of our needs at our new home!�

One of my outside units quit working around 6-7pm on a Saturday. My first thought was great I'll have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. My neighbors referred me to stability mechanical. I called and Kim said she would get back with me on a time. In less than 3 minutes she called me back. Two men, I believe one named Bradley/Brandon?, arrived right on time (Sunday morning) and diagnosed/fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. In 16 hours from the first call, I have cool air! I cannot fairly review the price because I've never replaced a capacitor. Very satisfied!

Had a Tune up done on my 23 yr. Old Trane unit and asked for a estimate on a new larger system. Tech did all the measurements and told me they would get back by email with some options. Never heard a word back. Ended up getting estimate from Country Boyz and 3D Air that I received the same day. 3D AIR INSTALLED a new system 2 days later. I had heard good things about Stability Mechanical and was ready to buy from them but they dropped the ball on this sale!Thank you for replying.

I can't say enough good things about this company and AJ and Tucker who just left today! They totally fixed our unit and did an excellent job! Another air guy had been here before and totally told us something we needed to replace that would be more expensive but AJ looked at it and said no, that's not the problem! He fixed what was actually wrong with it and saved us money and more heartache! They are who we will use from now on! Courteous and so helpful! Thank you Stability Mechanical !! I rent my house and the landlord was out of town. My air went out. I called Stability Mechanical and they came out told me what was wrong, I called my landlord and he gave them the go ahead. They got my air going in no time. Even my landlord was happy. They were honest and did not over charge.

The other morning I noticed my house was really warm. I called Stability Mechanical and they had someone out to my house that day. The technician was polite and explained what the issue was. I needed a new AC unit. On disability I have limited income. But they helped me get financed. Thanks again to the Guys from Stability Mechanical! I will definitely call them with all my HVAC needs!

Thank goodness for Stability Mechanical!!! I have just taken ownership of Paws n Claws Bed and Biscuit back and had a full house. The air went out in one of the areas that the dogs stay in. I called they sent someone that day. AJ was great, very professional. He knew just what to do! The air was up and running in no time! Me and the pups thank you so much! I know just who to call.

Outstanding customer service! They were prompt, honest, and friendly when answering my questions, even though I called after hours. They did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts or a new unit (which unfortunately is common in this industry). I would highly recommend them to both family and professionals alike. Stability Mechanical will take care of your HVAC needs. They are fast and thorough HVAC experts.Our system was not cooling properly right when high temps hit. Joe and his team were at our house within a couple of hours and presented THREE solutions. My A/C went out late Friday night. First thing Saturday morning I called Stability Mechanical. I was told an A/C tech would be at my house at 10: am. Not only was the tech early, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He worked quickly and efficiently fixing the unit and cleaning both my units. We have home warranty through American Home Shield. Of course they sent Myers, (which we've never had a good experience with Myers) to inform us we needed a new coil and some freon. We knew our coil was covered and then the freon that was not covered by AHS was estimated about $125. AHS called us, Myers sent in we also needed to have a total duct work adjustment which was $890 not covered by warranty. Myers never told us about needing a complete duct work adjustment.I call Stability Mechanical​ after hearing great reviews for a second opinion. Next day they were here and gave us a free inspection. Yes, we needed the coil and freon, but not a total duct work adjustment. They were back in two days and had the air fixed quickly. I will add, they were able to fix the air that day, but I needed to file a form with AHS to get a very little partial reimbursed.We have not had one problems with the air since then. What we were going to be out of pocket having what home warranty did not cover was the same amount we paid Stability Mechanical. This was a realization to us paying $60 a month for AHS warranty and a $75 service fee was a rip off.Joe, the owner of Stability Mechanical could not have been nicer, as well as his employees. We are not from this area, so it was so GREAT to find a company that was honest in telling us what exactly we needed, and not adding things we didn't need. I will never use another company for our AC/Heat issues.

No homeowner wants to come home to find that the AC isn't working. Particularly not in June in Alabama. Last year, my upstairs AC unit went out. The guys from Stability came out promptly and evaluated the situation. They explained why I needed a new unit. They also explained why it made more financial sense to go ahead and replace the unit. They could have suggested putting a band aid on it for a temporary fix only to have to ultimately replace it. And that might have worked--maybe even a few times. And it would have been profitable for them to "fix" it a few times before replacing the unit. However, these guys are honest and ethical. If you don't need it, it will not be suggested. I was able to get a nicer unit than what I had for a reasonable price that is far more energy efficient than what I had. It was also nice to do business with a local company. When you call, you get to speak to an actual person. The Stability guys will show up on time and get the job done promptly. They are polite and courteous as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

No homeowner wants to hear that an AC unit needs to be replaced. However, I can tell you that the experience was a lot more pleasant because of the guys at Stability Mechanical. They were completely honest that I needed a new unit and were correct--my house is ten years old. Rather than recommend several costly "repairs" before the inevitable replacement, they were candid with me on the front end. The technicians were prompt, polite, and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Stability. The technicians are experienced and the kind of people you want to do business with. Great work!
